Company Pickup Policy
Looking to rent equipment for your weekend event? Please note that all orders must be picked up by Friday at 6pm or Saturday by 3pm, and returned on the following business day (Monday) between 10am and 6pm. Customers will only pay a one-day rental fee and keep the items for the entire weekend if picking up order themselves being that we are closed on Sunday's. We kindly ask that all equipment is returned in proper condition. Thank you for choosing our rental services!

If items are returned later than the following Monday 6PM after closing, Rent4Parties LLC will charge a $20 per day late fee until items are returned back to us.

If you are unable to pick up items yourself and do not reach our delivery minimum, Rent4Parties LLC will offer you a list of "independent" drivers who can do that service for you. Please note these "independent" drivers are not employed by Rent4Parties LLC and are independent contractors that offer their own delivery/pickup services, however they are all highly recommend and have years of reputable service with our team and past customers.
Company Delivery Policy
Every zip code provided for inquiry of delivery will require what we call an order minimum plus an additional delivery/pickup fee. For Example: a delivery to Bronx, NY requires a minimum order of $750 with an additional delivery/pickup fee of $250. Meaning you must reach $750 worth of rentals in order for Rent4Parties LLC to do the delivery/pickup service. If you do not reach the minimum for your area and unable to pickup the order yourself, we will recommend you our list of independent drivers.

Monday-Saturday deliveries start after 9AM.
Sunday deliveries start after 10AM.

Pick-ups end at 1AM unless after hours fee is scheduled
2 hour time frame is required unless additional fees are paid in advance.
• Exact delivery time: $150

• After 1AM after hours pick-up: $200

If drivers arrive to the event during the requested timeframe written in the contract, and are unable to obtain Rent4parties LLC property, client must pay an additional $300 fee for next day pick up or return the prop(s) themselves to either of Rent4parties's warehouses.
Rent4Parties LLC will always strive to provide great customer service and to be on time to each and every event.
Rent4Parties LLC will provide quality prop rentals in the best conditions possible. We try to have the best quality Props available, but due to wear and tear over time, it is recommended to see the props in person before making a payment.

Customer Responsibility

Customer will provide access to the venue at least two hours before the event start time and one hour for pick up after the conclusion of the event to allow Rent4parties LLC to set up and to remove prop rentals and decorations. Access must include vehicle parking near the venue entrance.

An additional $150 fee will be applied to your order if you need our drivers to arrive at an exact time.

Any event that is canceled due to unseen weather conditions or unexpected circumstances will not receive a credit or refund. All payments at that point will be forfeited. Rent4Parties will reschedule the event for another date, however customer must pay 50% of grand total in order to reschedule.

Customer will provide adequate electrical power to meet the needs for any prop rentals or equipment. Rent4Parties LLC does not provide extension cords.

If Rent4Parties LLC is contracted to deliver and there is no appropriate parking at the delivery address, if our trucks receiving a parking ticket/violation from local authorities, Rent4Parties LLC will hold the customer responsible for any charges.
Prop Rentals & Decorations

All props, furniture, and decorations Rent4parties LLC provides are daily or weekend rentals for the agreed-upon time, and Rent4Parties LLC must be able to remove them at the conclusion of the event unless agreed otherwise.
Changes to Order
-
NO STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.

The order is considered complete, and our rental agreement is in effect once you have successfully completed payment and have acknowledged acceptance of all terms and conditions within this agreement. The 24-hour window for permissible modifications or cancellations to your order starts immediately following the confirmation of your payment.

Customer may add items to the order at any time. Customer acknowledges that removal of any items to order after the first 24 hours of reservation will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Liability

Please ensure that all gates, doorways and any other entry points are wide enough for our team to enter through safely to avoid damages to our props and/or property. All prop dimensions are listed on our website under the prop description. We are not liable for any damages, niches, and/or scratches to property if the entryway is not wide enough for access.

Customer is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings. Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to Rent4parties LLC employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by Rent4parties LLC
Payments & Security Deposit

25% of the prop rental amount is required to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise. If the customer cancels the order more than 24 hours after confirmation, Rent4parties LLC will retain the deposit and any amount paid up until that point.
Damage and Loss

In the event that equipment provided by Rent4parties LLC is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by Rent4Parties LLC Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.

Please be advised, any damage to Props will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.

Rent4parties LLC can not control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:

Damage caused by Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold

Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary

Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after the conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on-site whenever possible.

Rent4parties LLC will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included within 3 days after the event. Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt for the Rent4parties LLC report.

Rent4parties LLC has the right to refuse business to anyone.
